At Vision Reborn, we are committed to offering Christ-centered counseling that brings clarity, healing, and direction to individuals, couples, families, and professionals. To provide the best care possible to every client, the following policies are in place to guide our process with excellence and fairness.

• All sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled through our office.
• Appointments are 50–60 minutes in length unless otherwise specified.
• Clients are expected to arrive on time. Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals.
• If you must cancel, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to avoid a late cancellation fee.
   

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $40 fee.
• No-show appointments (without any notice) will be charged the full session rate.
• Multiple missed or late appointments may result in the loss of regular scheduling privileges.
   

• The Individual standard rate is $75 per session.
• The couple's standard rate is $100 per session.
• Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, and online payment options.
   

• Completion of the APS Temperament Questionnaire is mandatory for new clients.
• This tool enables Dr. Samuel to offer accurate, customized, and biblically informed counsel based on God-given temperament.
• Clients are expected to complete the questionnaire promptly after it is sent.
• If not completed on time, the following week’s session will be canceled to give Dr. Samuel time to compile the required counseling materials.
• This ensures that deeply prepared, Spirit-led insights support each session.
   

• Dr. Samuel dedicates hours to preparing temperament profiles, marriage plans, healing guides, and biblical counseling documents tailored to each client.
• Delays in client responses affect this preparation and limit the effectiveness of your counseling journey.
• Clients who complete all forms on time receive the full benefit of personalized care and detailed written feedback.
   

• All sessions are held in strict confidence, per pastoral counseling ethics and legal standards.
• Your information will never be shared without your prior written consent, unless required by law.
   

• Vision Reborn is a Christian faith-based ministry. Counseling sessions are grounded in biblical principles and spiritual wisdom.
• We integrate God’s Word with temperament psychology to provide clarity, healing, and direction rooted in truth.
   

• Dr. Samuel serves a diverse range of individuals, including couples, students, and professionals.
• To ensure each client receives the proper attention, we kindly ask that you respect time constraints, complete all forms on time, and communicate clearly with the office when any issues arise.
   

• While we do not provide emergency counseling services, clients may email or leave messages for brief check-ins between sessions.
• Non-emergency messages will be returned within 1–2 business days.
   

• Clients often receive customized materials after each session (such as temperament reports, marriage plans, or development strategies).
• These are included in your counseling journey and represent Dr. Samuel’s commitment to helping you grow beyond the session.
